2022.05.11 Transition Manager updates, reporting enhancements, bug fixes

New: 

  • Transition Manager Improvements and Updates

    • The free transition countdown is now visible for all users

    • Easily add invoicing contact information from the Transition Manager page

    • Document auto-uploader available for most Point Click Care users

    • Send referrals to a variety of organization types such as home health, pharmacy, DME, physician, home care, skilled nursing, and assisted living

    • Layout changes to simplify the referral process

Bug fixes:

  • Opportunities are now marked as viewed if the status is updated

  • Knowledge Base article navigation redirect has been fixed

Feature highlights:

  • Did you know that Cortex is an approved CoreQ vendor? Your CheckUp call script can be modified to include CoreQ questions upon request
