Opportunities are represented by orange icons in the Cortex platform. They can be generated from CheckUp Calls, Hospital Alerts, Resident Surveys, and Employee Surveys.

- Reacquire Patient- A former patient has had a recent event that indicates they may need additional care.
- Prevent Hospitalization- A current or former patient has had a recent event that indicates this patient is at high risk for readmitting to the hospital.
- Positive Patient Feedback- A current or former patient shares positive feedback about their experience with your organization.
- Improve Satisfaction- A current or former patient is experiencing a satisfaction issue.
- Patient Compliance- A compliance concern is detected from a current or former patient's experience.
- Clinical Need- A current or former patient is experiencing a clinical concern.
