How to Find Employee Survey Completion Rates in Cortex 

Step 1: Access the Completion Rate Report

  1. Click the Analytics button in the top left-hand corner of the screen

  1. Select Additional Analytics

  2. Find and select the report titled Employee Survey Completion Rate

 

Step 2: Set Your Filters

  1. Open the Survey Type filter and select the survey type you would like to review

  2. You can search for a survey by name or scroll through the list to find it

    • Example: Search for “Semi-Annual” to select the Semi-Annual Employee Survey

Step 3: View Completion Rates

  1. Active Surveys

  • If a survey is currently open, completion rates will populate automatically for the location(s) you have permission to view

  • Data updates in real time as employees complete surveys

  1. Historical Surveys (Individual Survey Results)

  • Once a survey closes, it becomes available in the Survey dropdown

  • Surveys are listed from newest to oldest

  • Selecting a survey displays completion rates for that survey only; results are not combined across multiple survey periods by default

  1. Historical Surveys (Combined Results Across Multiple Survey Periods)

  • To view completion rates across multiple survey periods, select Custom Date Range from the Survey dropdown

  • Choose a start and end date, then click Apply

  • Example:

    • Start Date: November 1, 2024

    • End Date: June 1, 2026

    • This will display a combined completion rate for all survey activity within the selected date range
