How to Track Completion Rates & Outstanding Surveys
Cortex now offers two new reports to help you track and improve employee survey participation.
Where to Find the Reports
Log in to Cortex.
Click the Analytics tab in the upper-left corner.
On the left-hand menu, click Additional Analytics.
Under the Operational section, locate the following reports:
Employee Survey Completion Rate
Existing Employee Surveys
1. Existing Employee Survey Completion Rate Report
What It Shows
This report tracks how many surveys have been completed out of all surveys that are still available to complete.
Completion Rate = Completed Surveys ÷ Completable Surveys
Why It Matters
Use this report to:
Monitor completion rates across your organization during the survey window.
Identify which regions, markets, or locations need reminders sent to employees.
Track progress toward your participation goals.
How to Use It
Filter the report by company, region, market, or location (depending on your access level).
Click “View X Incomplete Surveys” to open a list of employees who have not yet completed their surveys - this will take you directly to the Existing Employee Surveys report.
2. Existing Employee Surveys Report
What It Shows
A list of all employees who were sent a survey but have not yet completed it.
Each record includes:
Employee name
Location
Email and phone number where the survey was sent
Date the survey link was last sent
Completion status
Why It Matters
Use this report to:
See exactly who still needs to complete their survey.
Follow up with team members to encourage participation.
Validate contact information if employees report not receiving their link.
