Employee Surveys are surveys sent out via text message and/or email to your staff using a script and frequency determined by your organization. Employee surveys can help your team to keep employees engaged and thrilled with their jobs.
Best Practices:
- Your organization's Cortex Champion should review each Employee Survey within 24 hours.
- Document any follow-up or actions taken regarding the survey in the note section of the survey.
- Archive the survey once any issues have been resolved.
- The champion should regularly review Employee Survey reports to determine if there are trends in the data that identify bigger issues that your organization should focus on.
- Incorporate feedback from Employee Surveys into regular meetings such as manager meets and 1:1s.
How to review an Employee Survey:
- Log into the Cortex platform.
Click the Employee Survey tile at the top of the page.
The colored dots indicate the sentiment of the employee's response to each question on the survey and any orange icons indicate there is an Opportunity on the survey.

Document any relevant notes or actions that were taken based on the survey results.
Archive the survey.
