CheckUp Calls are follow-up phone calls made by a Cortex registered nurse to your current and/or former patients using a script and schedule determined by your organization. A nurse may complete a call with the patient, family member, or caretaker. All call summaries, notes, transcripts, and recordings are available in the Cortex platform.
Best Practices:
- Your organization's Cortex Champion should review each successful CheckUp Call within 24 hours.
Document any follow-up or actions taken regarding the call in the note section on the patient's profile page.
Archive the call once any issues have been resolved.
