The Shared Inbox serves as your Cortex homepage, providing a centralized, chronological view of all recent patient and employee events. Just like your email inbox, it keeps everything organized in one place, making it easy to stay updated and manage important information efficiently.

Here are some of the things you might do in the Shared Inbox:

  • Use the tiles and filters at the top of the page to find the information you're looking for.

  • Star and archive events.

  • Navigate to archived and starred events.

  • Preview events and Opportunities.

Best Practices:

  • Your organization's Cortex Champion should review events in the Shared Inbox within 24 hours.
  • Archive an event once the event has been viewed and any necessary actions have been taken.
  • Star events that your team would like to revisit.
